All Saints Sunday is an opportunity for us to remember and give thanks for those in the Faith who have gone before us. It is also an opportunity to examine our lives and consider the degree to which we are living into the hope they lived to pass along. In this Sunday’s passage we consider both the hope of the promise of God’s enduring presence and the end of mourning and suffering, but we also allow ourselves to hear the challenge of whether or not our lives are a reflection of that enduring hope.
